If paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be described at checkout and/or in plan documentation. Taxes may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
